Walk Registration Form

All pre-registered participants are guaranteed a Breast Cancer Awareness T-shirt prior to the day of the walk, October 12*, 2024. You will be notified when the T-shirts are ready. They will be available for pickup from Progressive National Bank’s Main office located at 300 Washington Ave Mansfield, LA 71052.Those who pre-register will receive their T-shirt one week prior to the event. If you are unable to attend the walk on October 12, all donations are greatly appreciated.

Registration Forms are due by September 20, 2024.

Registration Fee $25.00 Per Individual

****All proceeds will go directly to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
